While we do not directly handle financial transactions between clients and designers, we may charge subscription fees to both parties. It’s important to note that in cases of disputes between clients and designers, DecorMyChoice will not be responsible for refunds or adjustments. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by Clients: Clients can cancel their project at any time before it has been accepted by an interior designer. To cancel a project, clients must notify DecorMyChoice through their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. Any subscription fees paid to DecorMyChoice are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Interior Designers: Interior designers may cancel a project if unforeseen circumstances prevent them from completing the project or if there is a breach of agreement by the client. In such cases, DecorMyChoice will work with the client to find a suitable replacement designer. If a replacement designer is not available or if the client does not wish to proceed with the replacement, any subscription fees paid to DecorMyChoice are non-refundable.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction with Design: If a client is dissatisfied with the design provided by the interior designer, DecorMyChoice encourages open communication between both parties to resolve any concerns. However, any financial agreements, including refunds or adjustments, must be negotiated directly between the client and the designer. DecorMyChoice will not be responsible for facilitating or mediating any financial disputes or refunds.
Refunds for Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues on our platform that prevent the successful completion of a project, DecorMyChoice will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, any financial agreements, including refunds or adjustments, must be negotiated directly between the client and the designer. DecorMyChoice will not be responsible for facilitating or mediating any financial disputes or refunds.
Payment Disputes: In the case of payment disputes between clients and designers, DecorMyChoice will not be responsible for resolving or mediating such disputes. Any financial agreements, including refunds or adjustments, must be negotiated directly between the involved parties as per agreement performed before work.
